For those of you who did not receive our bulk letter or it went to Spam, please read the following Important email affecting My PawButler and clients.

(As of April 1st our Website will be www.worldforpaws.ca and further updates will be posted on the bottom of the "About Us' page, as well as here where we will keep page active for a month during the transition). As of April 1 please DO NOT Book anything on the My PawButler website. The booking should be disabled but sometimes when using a third party software glitches do occur.

Valued My PawButler Customers:
Thank you for your patience as we complete the launch of our new company, World for Paws. We are excited to announce that our new system will come into effect Monday March 31, 2025. The new web-site is www.worldforpaws.ca
We will be using a new booking system called Gingr. The new website is operational; please feel free to view and bookmark it but please DO NOT use the Gingr app to book until March 31. Gingr should be disabled until that date, but we are mentioning it as a safety measure as any bookings there will not be processed or booked until the launch date of March 31st fully takes place. Please continue using the existing website and process until then.
Instructions on how to use Gingr are on our website. It may seem complicated at first, but once all are used to it, you will see how easy it is. Anything new always has a learning curve. Our staff are available to assist you with questions and will be monitoring the old system and helping transfer bookings or passes customers currently have or if you do forget and book on the old system, we will keep an eye on it.
Another major change is that the property which we have been operating on has been sold, and we cannot accept the new lease terms or the fact that the house on the property that our boarding and maintenance staff reside in has major foundation issues. We are investigating potential new sites and have a few leads for some exciting opportunities.
What does this mean to you and what are the interim implications?
Business is operating as usual until we vacate. We expect to be off the property by the end of April or possibly a week or so later.
We will be operating Doggy DayCamp effective immediately until we close this park.
Current staff will be retained.
Those with DayCamp and Field Rental Passes are encouraged to used them by the end of April. All passes that are not used may be used towards other products we offer as we do not have expiration dates. You may choose to retain passes for use when we secure our new home. Alternatively, you can always use passes towards other services as stated above as World For Paws has graciously offered to accept My PawButler passes. (Passes used towards other services will be accepted as a dollar rate so transfer to other products will be fair and equitable.)
Until our new property is secured, we will be using a private dog park for our private off-leash dog park runs and you won't notice a difference in the service provided. The name of this service will be called Pick Up and Play and will change once the new company website and booking service is in place. We are only offering one program that will be a duration of time in between our present Dogs Day Out and Dogs Unleashed service. Those with the Dogs Day Out Passes we will calculate the difference in time lost and adjust your number of passes accordingly. They will not be losing a lot of time so expect your pup to still come home very tired.
Field Rentals and Ranch boarding will no longer be offered after April 30 (or a week or two later) until we secure our new home. Boarding will still be available but will be "in-our homes" and "in-your home" type of boardings. This means your pups will be taken care of under our staff members' care instead of a facility and will still attend off-leash runs daily. We think the pups will be happier cuddling with our team in the comfort of a home environment.
Services we will be offering after April 30 or thereabouts:
Private Walks and Private Visits
Pick Up and Play (like Dogs Day Out/Dogs Unleashed)
"In-Your Home" or "In-Our Home" boarding services
MULTI PASS HOLDERS/USERS Passes for Private Walks, Private Visits can still be purchased and used. All passes for all services will be transferred to the new company. Dogs Unleashed/ DDO (Pick Up and Play) passes will be transferred over but please do not book new Multi passes until after March 31st. Single day passes are still in effect for the rest of this week for all services. Current Boarding passes may be used towards our other services or for boarding in your home/our home services (dollar values will be adjusted so it will be of same value towards services).
We sincerely regret that this unforeseen and uncontrollable event has occurred; we are managing as best as we can under the circumstances. We are keeping our customers first and foremost in our minds. We have grown to love your pets and your families and feel all are part of our families.
To assist, we have added a staff member in order to re-open DayCamp so those with passes may use this service (hours are pick up and drop off between the hours of 7am to 6pm weekdays and 9am to 6pm on weekends). Non-pass users are welcome to book this service as well and book daily service through our website until April 30(ish). We will keep everyone informed of what is happening through our Facebook page and on our current website under the tab on the top of our "Special Notices/Field conditions" and after March 31st on our new web-site in the "About Us". Please follow these avenues for important updates, launch of the new web services, and closure of the current park.
We appreciate all your patronage and friendship and hope that you can understand this difficult situation. When we do finalize a suitable location, we will advise all of you. This was a very hard email to write but we wanted to give you notice of the changes as soon as possible.
